I first wrote about the “flipped” classroom model here back in June. Since then I keep hearing more and more success stories about this instructional practice. CNN’s “Schools of Thought” blog recently featured a post by a principal of an under-performing high school near Detroit that saw dramatic gains in test scores as a result of the flipped model.
