Learning with Ms. Manganello

We are learning about relative location in our map skills unit.  We learned about the Cardinal directions and created our own, very artistic compass rose.  As we work on map skills, we are also learning about our state, Connecticut.  The children spent some time this week locating various cities in Connecticut and explaining which direction to go to get to another city.

We are creating a project to help us understand our place in the world.  Check out our hallway  next week to view it.
