Winston Breen joined a puzzle solving contest for the school to win $50,000, they are going well until his teacher’s car gets a flat tire but they soon got it fixed and then soon they were on their way but even though the wheel was fixed the 3 weren’t going to let a cheater win the contest. Find out who is the culprit and read The Potato Chip Puzzle.

I enjoyed this book! When Winston Breen joins a puzzle contest, they figure out that someone is cheating. Not only do they have to solve the 6 puzzles, but they have to deal with the cheater. One thing the cheater did was put glass bottles behind one of the car’s tires. When this happened, the person in the car, gets a flat tire. Another thing the cheater did was stop the ferris wheel while many contestants in the contest were in it. Winston went to get another key to start it again and ends up getting kicked out of the place. In the end, they make things right with the cheater. These are the reasons I enjoyed this book.

I really liked this book. Winston Breen and his team are doing great when they become a part of a puzzle contest to win $50,000. Then, broken tires come up on some teams so it doesn’t take long for him to figure out that there is a cheater. Not only a flat tire, but some hard puzzles and a stopped ferris wheel with contestants on it can be a delay. Through these problems, Winston and his friends catch up and do the right thing with the culprit that they caught. That is why this book is amazing (in my opinion).
